Social Development Ministry Reviews Service Programmes for Beneficiaries in North Al Sharqiyah

Ibra, 24 Oct (ONA) --- The Ministry of Social Development today reviewed the services it provides to beneficiary groups in North A’Sharqiyah Governorate, with emphasis on achieving integration and partnership among government departments, private sector establishments and civil institutions.

In this context, Social Development Minister Dr. Laila Ahmed Al Najjar, accompanied by top officials, held a meeting with North A’Sharqiyah Governor Mahmoud bin Yahya Al Dhuhli and members of the Municipal Council in the governorate.

The meeting focused on the services and institutional support rendered to a broad cross-section of beneficiaries, including the segment of people with disabilities.

Dr. Laila went on a field visit to some families in the villages of Al Jabal Al Abyadh in the Wilayat of Dima W’Attayeen and residences set up for other segments of beneficiaries. She gained firsthand knowledge about the activities, programmes and services provided by the Ministry in the governorate.
