Team Tasked with Survey for Disease Vectors in North A’Sharqiyah Begins Field Action

Ibra, 16 Oct (ONA) --- The team of the Comprehensive National Survey for Vector Borne Diseases of the General Directorate of Health Services in North A’Sharqiyah Governorate today started its field action in several locations.

The team’s mission aims to promote and protect the health of individuals and the society from vector borne diseases.

Dr. Sultan Ahmed Al Busaidi, Director General of Health Services in North A’Sharqiyah Governorate, said that the specialized health team will give a brief summary of the survey mechanism, and collect the required data in an electronic form in order to create a database on breeding places of disease vectors.
