Musandam Governorate Signs Agreement to Develop Khasab Square

Khasab, 6 Nov (ONA) --- An agreement to finance the development of Khasab Square was signed today with Oman LNG company.

Inked in the Wilayat of Khasab in Musandam Governorate, the agreement aims to make Khasab Square an urban landmark that reflects the tourist identity of Musandam Governorate.

The agreement was signed by Sayyid Ibrahim Said Al Busaidi, Governor of Musandam, and Dr. Amor Nasser al-Matani, Chief Executive Officer of Oman LNG Development Foundation.

The agreement aims to develop Khasab Square in a manner that contributes to improving the general landscape and enhancing the city’s attractiveness to residents and visitors alike.

The signing of the agreement stems from an ongoing partnership between Musandam Governorate and Oman LNG. It emanates from Oman LNG’s commitment to social responsibility programmes aimed at supporting development projects in various governorates of the Sultanate in line with the goals of Oman Vision 2040.
